Bonus post for you this week! I said that I would report back on how my countdown to Christmas cocktail calendar was going…we are 11 days/drinks in and I wanted to let you know about a couple of my favorites.
I told you about The Henry from week one. In week two, there have been a couple of standouts.
The Spiced Snowball (1 shot amaretto, 2 shots irish cream, top with 4 oz milk or cream, stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick) from essbeevee.co.uk
And the Caramel Apple Moscow Mule (2 oz salted caramel vodka, 2 oz apple cider, 4 oz ginger beer or ginger ale; over ice) from mrbcooks.com, which my tiny group enjoyed with our Thanksgiving dessert.
